My journey—from the classroom to leading one of the largest school districts in the nation—has been guided by a simple but powerful belief: every student deserves the opportunity to succeed, no matter their background or zip code.As a longtime Southern Nevada resident and CCSD educator, I bring a deep understanding of our community and a strong commitment to student achievement, educator support, and meaningful collaboration. Our team leads with purpose, listens with intention, and works to build partnerships across our schools, families, and broader community.

As a former CCSD teacher and longtime public servant, I bring a deeply personal connection to this role and a strong belief in the transformative power of education.Guided by values of stability, equity, and collaboration, I work in partnership with educators, families, and community leaders to ensure that every child has access to an excellent education. My leadership approach emphasizes intentional listening, the development of a bold and shared vision, and the establishment of clear priorities that support educators and elevate student success.Together we are building a culture rooted in partnership, courage, and hope.
