ABOUT JHONATAN ARDILA
I help organizations excel by leveraging my experience and holistic approach in various roles within intercultural and multidisciplinary teams.I began my journey as a coach in the Sports and Recreation field, as well as the Education sector. This allowed me to meet and work closely with people from around the globe. I have represented experienced Professional Athletes in several countries. Then, I transitioned to Executive Operations positions, leading two different National Sport Organizations with the firm intention of serving a wider population of practitioners, from grassroots to high-performance levels.Currently, I am pursuing a Master of Arts in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Management and Leadership at Western University.
