As Network Engineer, I provide the technical support that is required for monitoring, servicing, maintenance and fault-finding on critical data infrastructure and associated equipment. I ensure a reliable and effective service delivery that meets (and exceeds) customers’ expectations:• Act as first line Customer support, ensure incoming telephone calls and emails are responded to quickly and efficiently within Service level agreements and objectives. • Responsible for providing high quality and rapid support to all customers. • Handle and perform onsite requests and Smart Hands. • Assist customer hardware move in/out. • Installation and surveillance on Cross Connect cabling • Assist customer hardware move in/out. • To provide Customer support and on-boarding for the Digital Realty Portal • Monitor and progress all Customer orders through the booking process • Ensure all system issues are communicated to appropriate department for resolution etc.
