I enjoy giving back to my community and The University of Alabama, spending time with family, and the conservation and preservation of animals and habitats. My respect and love for animals and the outdoors started when I became an Eagle Scout. My wife, Carolyn, and I believe in philanthropy both with time and resources and have served on education and economic development boards in Selma, Alabama, and through our foundation, directly support anti-poaching efforts and an orphanage in Africa.
