Berlin based, I am a Partnerships professional with 6 years of scale up experience. Being Pleo’s second hire for Germany I have helped build up the basic structures for a functioning expansion, hired people in core GTM functions, supported our product team with market research, been external brand ambassador for our content production, build up a strong Partner network, hired a team of Partner Managers and co-drafted the ongoing GTM strategy for DACH. At Deel I lead the Partnerships efforts for the whole of DACH & CEE regions working across all Partner types and segments.I highly value transparency, a strong vision and meaningful connections.I love building strong relationships and cherish the art of communication with internal and external peers.
