Possessing a progressive career as a successful project management professional, I have what it takes to become a valuable member of any organization’s project & program management team. I have a strong background in accumulating and analyzing source materials, designing research programs, conducting in-depth research, and creating reports. A small selection of the key contributions for this role includes the following: o Drafted seven-year grant for ~400K/year; pending approval/award. o Created and maintained six project budgets with annual federal (NIH) and private funding of ~$1.5M. o Controlled budget for all of aforementioned projects, with annual cost of $2M through strategic planning and execution. o Selected by Chief of Staff and EVP of Racial Equity to serve on corporate health equity task force and racial equity action team. o Received rapid promotions from study coordinator to project manager and project director within two years for leveraging exceptional performance and skills. o Spearheaded and executed eight clinical research projects, involving over five local project staff as well as provided expert-level support in communication with more than eight external partner sites around country. o Collaborated with stakeholders and community members, built government partnerships with Boston Public Schools/Boston Public Health Commission, and maintained communication/projects on track, while engaging with large corporations, such as Merck and GSK. o Collected eight letters of support from all sites in ATN network within a month on short notice as well as received praise from Director of Network by coordinating with smaller community-based organizations.
