Oversee DBH IT Infrastructure team, HelpDesk, End User Experience (desktop support) team, and local IT teams at 6 Behavioral Health hospitals to manage infrastructure, end user operations, and cyber security for approximately employees at 6 hospitals, pharmacy, 13 CSNs, and state office tower DBH employees. Data centers, servers, network, most 3rd party software, and all endpoint hardware, including medical systems and devices. Support Epic teams to ensure seamless, quality end user and patient experiences. DBH is the first state-owned hospital system to implement Epic. Work with DAS Security team to mitigate or remediate cyber security vulnerabilities in a timely manner, and ensure all systems and policies meet NIST and PCI requirements.
