Current role includes leadership in building a forward thinking, UX-centric ecosystem for the unique challenges that ICANN\'s non-profit, multi-stakeholder model presents. This includes creating documentation and engaging in outreach to internal and external organization pillars. Daily collaboration with developers, product managers and pillar stakeholders. Responsible for user research, ideation, prototyping, and validation. Some examples of design projects include: UI for content authoring tools, UX style guide and pattern library, process documentation, search and filtering, advanced navigation, and multi content experience design at all device breakpoints.
