As an Entrepreneur I started Colage Communication a media agency involved in production of advertising films, documentaries, corporate films, television programmes, feature and animation.Since initiation I have been involved in setting-up & developing business, streamlining overall operations, gathering resources, handling administration, preparing budgets, analyzing markets & devising effective strategies while testing & reworking ideas before finalising creative and production for the project. Moreover, I acquired 100+ Indian & international clients and led large teams consisting 200+ multi-cultural personnel for successful completion of creative projects.Successfully organised complex productions in India & abroad by forming strategic partnership/ tie-ups with international suppliers, building long standing relations with communication experts, and collaborating with professionals in Asia, Europe, Africa & Australia to develop a business network across the globe.Key highlights of my work include, directing & producing 30 seconds to 180 minutes projects, encompassing conceptualising/ directing & producing 3 minutes- 30 minutes documentaries & TV programmes as well as line production, scripting & development of 180-minutes feature films. I was honoured with 1st prize at the Advertising Club Awards in Mumbai, for a film for Pfizer, a Clio Certificate for the Max Factor film and won the 2nd prize in the Creative Concepts category at the Asian Television Awards Forum in Singapore, for ideas developed for television. I was also the Executive Producer for the Feature film \"Dhanak\" directed by Nagesh Kukunoor.
