ABOUT JASMINE HELD-HERNANDEZ
My primary interests in law revolve around the regulation of emerging technologies and related enforcement issues such as data privacy, AI governance, IP, and antitrust implications.I earned my MA in international relations and global governance in a joint degree program from Universität Bremen and Jacobs University Bremen. Prior to graduate studies, I was 1 of 10 Americans selected to be a German Chancellor Research Fellow with my research focusing on mass surveillance, cybersecurity, and transatlantic data protection policy. I also hold a BA in political science and pre-law studies.
