A native of Cleveland, Tennessee, Jaime combines his energy with his strong southern core values, following these three rules: Do the right thing, do the best you can, and always show people you care. Whether serving seasoned investors, or young investors purchasing their first investment, rest assured that Jaime will stick to these principles. A young entrepreneur and former participant in the college baseball World Series, Jaime is active in serving and mentoring underprivileged youth. Feeding homeless and underprivileged children, mentoring underprivileged youth at baseball camps, volunteering at nursing homes, and giving back to his community exhibits his desire of always putting others before himself. An outgoing and engaging individual, Jaime strives to be a positive influence in people’s lives. Jaime began his Real Estate career at 18 years old. When he was 22 years of age, he completed real estate appraisal school and by the age of 23, Jaime set a record for his local association of Realtors in dollar volume sold for the month of July, outpacing his competition by more than two and a half times. Jaime’s ambitious goals include being named to the 30 under 30 lists of NAR and Forbes Magazine. A young investor himself, Jaime has invested in more than 50 properties throughout southeast Tennessee and Florida. Jaime is married to his high school sweetheart, Laura, and the two love to travel, attend various performing arts productions, and experience the many different cultures by way of restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops throughout their travels. Jaime is also a sports enthusiast having been to 28 of the 30 Major League Baseball stadiums in North America.
