As a quality focused professional I own a good amount of experience in quality assurance and project management activities for software testing. I have over 6 years of experience in design, development, and execution of software test plans and test protocols in accordance with defined procedures in preparation for product validation and verification. During my work experience I leverage technology knowledge as well as policies, procedures, and processes to improve operations and building strong relationship with clients. During the course of my work experience I have gained experience in identifying, documenting and reporting bugs, errors, interoperability flaws and other issues within proprietary software applications. I have proficiently performed system, unit, acceptance, regression, load and functional testing on dozens of applications using manual testing methods. I am capable to work effectively in both self-managed and team-based projects, while maintaining high ethical and quality standards, professional demeanor, and cooperative attitude. Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders including clients to deliver solutions. I have excellent technology knowledge in the use of Agile Methodologies, Kanban style also comprehensive knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). I have developed expertise in analyzing, Tracking, Prioritization, and reporting bugs with project management tools- Test rail, Azure Devops,and Jira.
