About SmartSoC : SmartSoC is a Bangalore HQ Semiconductor Services Company. We have our presence across India in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Noida and global presence in US, Singapore, Malaysia, Sweden; driven by 550 plus engineers. We are funded by a USD 200 million company Lancesoft, spread wide across the Globe in 17 countries. Our Expertise : We have expertise in Semiconductor domain, servicing 10 different verticals; RTL design, Verification, Physical design, Analog design, Analog layout, DFT, Validation and also Embedded. We are working on few challenging projects in AI for an US client and also a growing the business of ODC in Analog design for few more clients in US. We envision to grow as an end-to-end solution provider for the Semiconductor Design and also planning to venture into product lines in the future. Opportunity for the new joiners : As we are into diversified areas, every engineer who joins our growing team has an opportunity to explore different domains. For example a Verification Engineer has an opportunity to work on a wide variety of protocols like processor protocol, automotive protocol, memory side, SoC side, mobile chip, server chip etc He or she would be compensated well as per industry standards. Our work culture : We look for people with good attitude, who are honest, committed, open to learn and grow with our organisation with a long term perspective. So far almost 90 percent of the offered candidates joined us because we really understand their needs and work accordingly. We have the best engineers in our team and we are looking forward to have many more to join us, like you. Growth prospect with Smart SOC: We are poised to grow steadily year on year. We have plans to open up 2 more offices in India and two more offices in South Korea and Finland. We have been growing at 200 percent annually for the past few years and confident of growing further in the next two years.
