   Handling a team of 165 currently in Animation across India. • Working closely with the recruiters for the current needs/requirement of the departments and finding the right artists for the team. • Having a smooth onboarding process and implementing the remote login systems ready for the new joiners or even planning resources if working from the office. • Working closely with the training team to identify the individual and team development requirements and tailor the appropriate solution. • Working closely with HOD & Production Manager in providing the right artists as per the requirement of the skillsets for the show. • Maintaining a healthy positive team environment and having a positive team culture • Arranging extra-curricular activities and team bonding sessions to keep the team energetic and relaxed. • Figuring out closely with Management and HOD regarding the ways to have retentions and not miss out on the best artists. • Getting feedback and discussing the concerns or achievements with the artist on a regular basis so we are on the same page together which will help us grow further. • Handling the appraisal cycles closely with the HOD and HR.
