She has worked in an array of work settings; including but not limited to; business infrastructures, operational developments, financial models and investment oversight. Jhanelle\' s problem solving skills has become a key indicator of her career and educational success, also resulting in continuous leadership recognition. Jhanelle currently works as a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase in Finance Strategy. She is responsible for business case development for strategic product investments and supports long-term roadmap and international expansion planning. Prior to joining JPM, Jhanelle worked as a Lead Financial Analyst in AT & T\'s leadership development program focusing on Finance Support, Global Customer Payments and Long Term Planning. Throughout her career she has also overseen the hedge fund life-cycle at Royal Bank of Canada, collateral initiatives for Citco Fund Services, Cash, Collateral & Liquidity Operations for Barclays and Wealth Management for Merrill Lynch.
