I found my way into Talent Acquisition the same way many of us do—by accident. After studying Human Resources Management and spending time in generalist roles, I landed in TA and quickly realized I’d found my lane. I love connecting with people, solving problems, and constantly finding better ways to do both. Getting paid to talk to strangers and build meaningful solutions? That felt like a win.Over the years, my career evolved from hands-on recruiting into global Talent Acquisition strategy, technology, and enablement. I’ve led large-scale process improvements, driven standardization across regions, and partnered closely with digital and HR technology teams to modernize how TA operates. A major highlight was leading the successful implementation and adoption of Phenom, where I saw firsthand how the right technology—when implemented thoughtfully—can fundamentally improve recruiter effectiveness, hiring outcomes, and the candidate experience.Today, as Director, Global Professional Services at Phenom, I sit on the other side of the table—helping enterprise organizations turn TA strategy into reality. I work with customers to design and deliver scalable, data-driven, and human-centered talent experiences, ensuring technology is not just implemented, but adopted, optimized, and delivering real business value.I’m known for being data-driven, curious, and pragmatic—focused on what actually works, not buzzwords. I care deeply about enabling teams, simplifying complexity, and helping organizations move faster without sacrificing quality or experience.Outside of work, you’ll usually find me watching sports with a craft beer in hand. I’m a proud Pittsburgh sports fan (yes, I know—that raises questions), and a self-proclaimed beer snob who’s always happy to trade recommendations.
