I am an accomplished Educational Leadership Professional with considerable expertise leading graduate/undergraduate educational programs and operations. I currently hold an Ed.D. in Learning and Organizational Change and have a broad range of experience, from higher-level instruction to faculty leadership, curriculum development and beyond. Throughout my career, I have become known as a go-to expert on the development of students, teachers, and educational leaders, and have proven my ability to utilize assessments, feedback, and training & development programs to foster considerable growth. In developing strategic initiatives and educational programs, I have often leveraged my past expertise, in-field observations, and self-directed research into ever-evolving trends to ensure that these projects can have the impact and effectiveness necessary.
