I bring over 25 years of experience building and managing IT operations. I have developed technology teams through continuous improvement, managed on-site and outsourced resources, established technology standards, and advised executive (C-suite) decision makers on all things technology related. I know how to break down complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders, while maintaining the ability to roll up my sleeves and solve highly complex technology issues. I have also delivered multimillion-dollar contracts and saved clients hundreds of thousands of dollars in IT costs.In my current role as Director, Systems Operations and Customer Service for Hackensack Meridian Health, I lead teams responsible for managing, implementing, and optimizing our enterprise IT operations. We have transitioned 9 hospitals to the EPIC EMR solution and stood up the emergency management command center enabling the hospital network to lead the COVID-19 effort in NJ.My success includes enhancing the utilization of hospital information systems and advanced clinical systems across large health organizations.
