As a tenured faculty member at San Joaquin Delta College, I teach courses in Business and English in addition to serving in a leadership role directing our learning centers. I oversee the budgeting, hiring/onboaring, and training of over 100 hourly employees. I have the pleasure of working with an incredible team on a daily basis and I enjoy helping them build professional skills. Our community represents a diverse set of learning styles and educational needs. Fostering a positive campus culture and building programs that keep pace with changing technology, student interests, and state initiatives has been a very rewarding challenge!

ABOUT JORDAN GIANNONI
Jordan holds a Master of Business administration degree (M.B.A) from the University of California, Davis, and a Master of Arts degree (M.A) from Arizona State University. Having held a number of roles in both private sector and academia, Jordan has vital skills in budgeting, diversity and inclusion practices, negotiations, conflict management, business planning/analytics and transformational leadership. Through her professional experiences, she has come to specialize in effective training and program implementation, employee development and coaching, and organizational development. Jordan has authored two complete training curriculums thus far in her career, and has enjoyed the unique experience of evolving them as employee and organizational needs have changed. Upon completion of her doctoral work through Johns Hopkins University, Jordan plans to continue to lead change in education by driving initiatives that enhance the student experience. Jordan enjoys creating curriculum, teaching, training employees, and helping people develop professionally. She believes that strong, collaborative teams build strong, cohesive programs and organizations.
