As an engineering / Agile Teams facing Product Owner (down-stream) in SaaS Factory – Innovation group at Philips Innovation Hub, my current role involves:• Product / multi-team Backlog Mgmt: Define, Prioritize, Document, Groom, evaluate estimates alongside Architects/Tech-Leads, Review & Accept work packages/items (Program Epics, Features, Stories, Bugs / Defects)• Ensure that backlogs encompass functional [front-end / UI, back-end, UX, user journey/flows], non-functional [performance, quality & regulatory (global & local / market specific), Legal / fiscal & Privacy, Security, cost/economic] and technical roadmap (architectural runways, FMEA, tech-debt like) requirements• Engage & align with Business Owners/representatives, Business & Markets (B&M) facing Product Managers (up-stream), Architects, Q&R and DevSecOps Managers, UI / UX / Design personnel to ensure their specifics / expectations are duly adhered to, as part of Definition of Done & Acceptance Criteria; ensure incremental demos are closed with feedback & inputs for refinements & releases• Engage in fit-gap analysis of existing product / solution alongside Product Managers & Solution Marketeers to support Request-for-Proposal (RFP) and Value Proposition creation & optimization discussions with customers / B&M representatives; after consensus, convert identified gaps to functional / non-functional work items in the backlog• Ensure explicit documentation on the Value Proposition differentiators & Customer Needs, Key Features, User Journeys, business goals & metrics• Prepare for & help the ART (teams) for Pre-PI planning readiness, Program Increment (PI) Planning & Review events (system demos), support program execution, help draft & accept specific PI Objectives (Team & Program) and support Value Delivery assessments (Say-Do-ratio)• Within PI execution, iteratively drive grooming: program & team backlog refinement + prioritization, engage in iteration planning & reviews, participate in Scrum of Scrums, PO-Sync & ART-Sync like events for coordinated delivery & milestone achievementsWork with Release management team to develop and implement release plans working with ART teams to ensure value delivery• Focus on multiple systems/sub-systems & modules (in parallel), their integration aspects; engage in PI & iteration planning across teams/ARTs• Ensure Stakeholder management as per Stakeholder Registry; periodic updates to PMO / VSO; updates for Portfolio KanBan tracking• Support program management with CFDs on feature grooming, completion & acceptance – flow of value; report on metrics
