I’ve spent over a decade working in mission-driven spaces, often in roles close to senior leadership, where the work was still being shaped and needed to move quickly. Most recently, I served as Chief of Staff at the Tent Partnership for Refugees, partnering closely with the CEO and executive team to build programs, support external partnerships, and help the organization navigate growth and change.My background spans higher education access, global service through the Peace Corps, and leadership roles at organizations like the International Rescue Committee and Tent. Today, at Bright Horizons, I bring that experience to supporting families navigating the college admissions journey — work that continues to ground me in empathy, clarity, and follow-through.I hold a BA from Dartmouth College and an MA in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School, and have lived and worked across the U.S, Spain, and Costa Rica. I’m drawn to work that combines purpose with execution — building systems that help people do meaningful work well.
