Optimize asset use while adhering to FPL standards, covering pole replacements, radial to pad conversions, underground loops, new transformer installations, hang & splits, feeder hardening, and hazard assessments.•Promote and ensure a safe workplace environment by strictly adhering to OSHA requirements and FPL’s “Zero Accidents Today” policy, fostering a culture of safety and compliance among all employees.•Create and manage permits for FPL’s Boynton Beach Service Center projects, coordinating with Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), Palm Beach County, and local cities to ensure compliance and smooth project execution.•Manage design aspects such as voltage drop, short circuit analysis, power factor optimization, transformer sizing, and wire sizing to ensure efficient and reliable electrical system performance.•Efficiently address and resolve customer concerns and complaints in a prompt and effective manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.•Schedule and manage customer appointments for disconnect/reconnect services, standby support, removal of FPL’s electrical wiring and meters, demolition, and fault current letters.•Collaborate effectively with FPL teams, including field crews, and other engineering departments, to ensure projects meet customer requirements and deadlines.•Prepare and deliver detailed reports and regular updates on ongoing projects to upper management and clients, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
