ABOUT JAMES GANIERE

James Ganiere is an accomplished Senior Executive, Consultant, and Entrepreneur with more than 30 years of success in entertainment, securities, insurance, banking, real estate, healthcare, tech, government, and politics. Leveraging extensive experience as a showrunner, VR creator, executive producer, and strategist, he is a valuable asset for Fortune 500 companies spanning various industries, sizes, and stages of growth. His broad areas of expertise include talent management, organizational leadership, strategy, customer relationship management, turnaround management, marketing, information technology strategy, product design and development, television, film, and public speaking.Throughout his executive career, James has held leadership positions across multiple industries. Currently, he is the Executive Producer for the Discovery series Gear Heads on Velocity. James is known as a “fixer” and consummate entrepreneur with past clients ranging from Hewlett Packard - where he headed the World Wide Database Team saving them 34M in his first month - to establishing the first U.S. Bank presence in California. His recent entertainment projects range from hit board games like We Are Dead, to VR for Warner Brothers and Disney. James gravitates to highly commercial projects and those with heart.In addition to his executive career, James frequently speaks and presents at Comic Cons. In the past, he has presented at on How to Conquer the World of Animation at the Long Beach Comic Con, alongside DreamWorks’ Dean DeBlois, covered by Examiner.com, and has taught filmmaking at conferences such as Fyre Con at Weber State University. He is a member of the Producers Guild of America and the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and judges for the Emmys. James holds a Bachelor of Arts from the School of Cinematic Arts at the University of Southern California and has served on the USC Alumni Board - Entertainment Special Events Committee.
