As the Interim Assistant Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs at Missouri University of Science and Technology, I lead and supported a team of professionals who delivered programs and services that enhanced the student experience and fostered a sense of belonging and community on campus. I have over 20 years of experience in public and private higher education, and I am a PhD candidate in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis.My core competencies include designing and implementing effective and innovative strategies for student engagement and retention, creating and sustaining programs, services, and partnerships that impact student academic and co-curricular engagement, and fostering diversity and inclusion among students, faculty, and staff.
