PMO responsibilities include client and internal monthly reporting, capacity management, resource forecasting based on Salesforce, escalation management, implementation survey follow-ups, and developing/maintaining template PM documents and timelines. Partner with Sales in pre-sales cycle to present implementation process to prospective clients and prepare SOW and Change Requests.Hire and develop PM and implementation personnel. Mentor direct and non-direct reports; promote team members and encourage growth within other parts of the company. Developed career pathway framework for PM staff.
