I help SaaS companies scale efficiently by bringing clarity to planning and decision-making. My background is in GTM finance and strategy, where I’ve spent most of my career building operating models and performance frameworks that leadership teams actually use.I’ve led teams across forecasting, planning, pricing, and analytics, including supporting NetSuite’s growth from $150M to more than $2B ARR. I partner closely with CROs, CFOs, and GTM leaders to connect strategy to financial plans, improve forecast accuracy, and make deliberate tradeoffs about where to invest.What I enjoy most is taking complex GTM problems and making them understandable and actionable. Much of my work focuses on building planning and reporting infrastructure that helps teams see what’s working, what isn’t, and what to do next.
