This training provides the tools and resources to manage up, create collaborative relationships with peers, and manage a team to achieve department and company goals).• Facilitated cross-functional team collaborations to align with ambitious cruise objectives to satisfy demanding guests and maximise resource utilisation.• Nominated CMs who have demonstrated that they provided exemplary leadership in the training, development and coaching of crew as detailed in the Company’s standards during the Employee of the Month nominations. Actively encouraged and promoted the programme with the HoDs, crew and the voting committee (Captain, Chief Engineer, General Manager, Staff Captain, Staff Chief Engineer, Chief Purser, Food and Beverage Director & Cruise Director).• Organised and conducted the Shipboard Service Award ceremony (held every cruise recognising the loyalty of Crew Members with five or more years of employment with Oceania Cruises / Regent Seven Seas Cruises / Norwegian Cruise Lines family.
