ABOUT JENNIFER MITCHELL

I have a post-graduate certificate in Workplace Wellness and Health Promotion from Centennial College. My passion for helping people manage work and their wellness aligns with my values for health and wellbeing, professional and personal growth and authenticity.I have demonstrated an understanding of wellness programming, development, implementation and evaluation, as well as knowledge of organizational wellness and health promotion. I am highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects.My role as a Wellbeing Specialist with Aon Soultions Canada Inc, allows me to further develop my skills in industry and trends research, reporting, gaining exposure to the market landscape of employee wellbeing, and expanding my knowledge of vendors in the employee health and wellness industry. I’m a professional with leadership, collaboration and relationship-building skills, from a wide range of roles including my experience as Wellbeing Solutions Intern, Board of Director Member, and Dietetic Intern. I’m excited working in this growing field as a wellness advocate and agent of change for the working professional and to help companies build a healthy and thriving workplace culture where employees enjoy their work with connection, growth and fulfillment.
