We also collaborate with local authorities in territorial approaches, to ensure strong citizen engagement in healthy living journeys within their community, impacting both individual behaviours and life environment, with piloting tools for decision-makers.Being in charge of the product and technology, I have a central role for very large scale healthcare innovative services initiated by the french public healthcare insurance (Cnam):* sophia disease management program, for diabetes, asthma and heart failure diseases: 850k active members coached by 250 nurses* Tabac Info Service app\' for tobacco cessation coaching since 2016* Activ\'Dos (coaching to prevent back pain)
