I\'m fortunate to be able to ensure that more and more of those HR stories have happy endings.Although I started my career in the world of banking and financial services, I\'ve spent most of it as a student of the human resources (HR) industry — building, managing, and expanding large-scale human resources outsourcing (HRO) and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) operations. Through this work, I\'ve come to understand at a fundamental level what companies do and how the talent they\'re able to attract, engage and retain makes them successful.
