The NYC Housing and Planning Fellowship is a two-year rotational program designed to expose individual Fellows to New York City government specifically in the fields of affordable housing, city and neighborhood planning and economic development.Fourth & final rotation of NYC Housing & Planning Fellowship is with the Housing Development Corporation\'s Capital Markets team on bond financing for affordable multifamily residential development. Responsibilities include:• The Development Tracking Chart and Debt Issuance Summary (during closing seasons)• Internal and external reporting on bond and loan data• Spot-checking Preliminary Official Statement (“POS”) and Official Statement (“OS”) drafts• Summarizing data and responses to solicitations (i.e. RFPs)
