I work on how organizations manage people as they scale and operate across borders. My experience has shaped a practical view of what actually works when teams are distributed, growing quickly, or operating in complex environments.Living as an ex-pat and working remotely across time zones has shown me that one-size-fits-all approaches rarely work. Different cultures and constraints require different solutions.
