As Swanbarton grows my role has become more specific and I now look after two areas of the company. As Contracts Manager I am responsible for drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial documents such as non-disclosure agreements, collaboration agreements and contracts. I highlight commercial aspects during project inception and investigate legal matters when needed.As IT Manager I am responsible for Swanbarton’s information technology systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and alignment with business goals. I work with third parties to ensure our devices and network remain compliant with our Cyber Essentials certification.I continue to serve as Health & Safety Chair, and I am responsible for the annual renewal of Swanbarton’s various corporate insurance policies.
