As a Biology student at Brigham Young University–Hawaii, I am preparing for a future in medicine by building a strong foundation in scientific research, leadership, and compassionate service. I aim to become a physician who approaches healthcare with empathy, curiosity, and cultural awareness.Through my academic journey, I’ve developed hands-on experience in laboratory research, deepening my understanding of human biology and the scientific process. Beyond the lab and classroom, I express myself through photography and graphic design. These creative pursuits have taught me how to observe details closely, tell powerful stories, and connect with people across backgrounds—all skills I believe are essential in both medicine and life.I’m actively seeking opportunities that integrate science, service, and creativity as I work toward medical school and a meaningful career in healthcare.
