From designing benefit programs that help employers attract and retain top talent, to assisting with plan implementation and enrollment, to ensuring full and complete compliance, I help businesses get the most out of their employee benefit plans and investment. With a deep understanding of what my clients need, I use a full-circle approach to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Why am I excited to wake up every morning and get the day started? I know there is always a need, and that my clients are depending on me. I love having that personal connection. I enjoy getting to know people and helping them navigate the ever-changing healthcare landscape, recognizing how complex it can be for the average person. This is what fuels me every day. I understand the importance of being responsive and dedicated. If there’s a sick employee who needs urgent care, but might not have access to it right away, my clients know they can reach me quickly, and that they can count on me to help. My clients don’t just rely on me, they trust me. And I want to be there for them.In this life, I believe it is so important to stay positive.
