When I was 9, I experienced something life-changing: I saw my grandfather pass away before my eyes. That moment shaped me in ways I didn’t fully understand then and still grapple with today. However, it taught me invaluable lessons about perseverance, hard work, and the drive to honor the opportunities I’m given.These lessons have propelled me to where I am today—a hardworking manager in my early 20s at one of the world’s largest retailers. I’ve consistently leveraged my experiences to fuel my motivation, outpace better-qualified peers, and develop a strong work ethic.I am adept at analyzing business metrics to improve performance, drive sales, and foster employee engagement.    As Senior Wraparound Program Manager, I oversee the operational integrity, clinical fidelity, and strategic growth of our WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) programs serving youth and families across Washington State.In this role, I provide direct supervision and coaching to Program Managers while ensuring compliance with Medicaid, Department of Health, and WISe model standards. I focus on building sustainable systems that support high-quality care, reduce risk, and strengthen team performance across multiple service lines.My responsibilities include: • Leading program operations, billing oversight, and documentation quality assurance • Coaching and developing leadership staff to increase autonomy and decision-making capacity • Ensuring fidelity to the WISe model and wraparound principles • Supporting cross-system collaboration with schools, juvenile justice, and community partners • Driving program stability, scalability, and long-term growthI am passionate about building strong teams, strengthening families, and creating operational structures that allow clinicians and care coordinators to do their best work. My leadership approach centers on accountability, clarity, and developing others to lead with confidence.
