I’m an Executive Pastor and organizational systems leader with experience helping churches and teams operate with greater clarity, alignment, and effectiveness. My work sits at the intersection of leadership, operations, and emerging technology, with a growing focus on helping organizations thoughtfully implement AI tools and intelligent workflows that reduce administrative friction and free leaders to focus on people and mission.Over the course of my leadership journey, I’ve worked closely with ministry leaders, staff teams, and volunteers to design systems that support healthy organizations, from managing multi-department operations and budgets to developing leaders, aligning teams, and communicating vision to large audiences. I care deeply about helping organizations move from complexity and chaos toward clarity and sustainable rhythms of leadership.In recent years, I’ve become particularly interested in how AI can serve organizations.
