Washington Child Development Center, Arizona’s longest-running Head Start program, supporting hundreds of families across the Phoenix region, and President of Larry Thomas Youth Development, a nonprofit building leadership pathways for students of color.Internationally, Jevin is Chairman of the Board for the Festival of the Diaspora, a global convening of leaders across the Americas focused on innovation, social equity, and shared prosperity. He also chairs the Rolling Sea Action Fund, a national PAC launched after his historic congressional campaign to support Black candidates and civic participation in partnership with the Congressional Black Caucus.A former member of the Arizona House of Representatives, Jevin has advanced legislation to expand healthcare access, strengthen education, and protect voting rights. He is a recognized thought leader, speaker, and commentator, frequently appearing in local and national media to discuss leadership, business, and public policy.A proud product of Arizona public schools, Head Start, and The George Washington University, Jevin is the son of Tempe Councilwoman Berdetta Hodge.
