As Founder & Chair of the One Jamaica Global Foundation, I lead a national and global movement dedicated to rebuilding and empowering Jamaica through four core pillars — Education, Healthcare, Agriculture, and Community Development.My responsibilities include:Strategic Leadership: Developing and executing the Foundation’s multi-year roadmap to strengthen Jamaica’s education system, healthcare infrastructure, agricultural resilience, and community empowerment initiatives.Board Governance: Overseeing a diverse 7-member Board of Directors and ensuring organizational compliance, transparency, and mission alignment across all committees.Fundraising & Partnerships: Building relationships with local and international partners, content creators, and donors to support projects for the 2026–2027 school year and beyond.Program Development: Leading initiatives focused on school repairs, textbook and supply donations, clinic support, and sustainable farming expansion.Public Engagement: Representing the Foundation at public events, digital platforms, and diaspora outreach efforts to unite Jamaicans worldwide under one vision — One Jamaica, One Future.
