Develop presentations and assist in the coordination of planning and reporting materials such as annual business plans, QBR’s, bi-weekly digital meetings, etc. Pull data and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data to measure marketing programs and initiatives. Manage department meeting and collaboration cadence to ensure team members are included in the appropriate discussions as well as taking notes and organizing content and project tracking (Microsoft Teams Folders, research archives, Monday.com, ELT Communications, etc.). Recommend and implement new processes and digital solutions wherever possible. Support social and creative teams with field requests, social posts and restaurant level support as needed. Partner with internal cross-functional stakeholders and external vendor partners to populate, summarize and communicate marketing period and quarter scorecards for marketing, media, promotions, social, email and other marketing initiatives. Coordinate and archive research, contracts and critical documents leveraged by marketing team as well as processing invoices for vendors and partners. Organize marketing content, assist in project tracking and develop historical archives and processed to share information across the marketing function. Update competitive data files upon request. Support other Marketing projects as needed. Create communication materials for brand directors as needed.
