I am a trial lawyer. My trial practice is focused on business and commercial litigation, including disputes involving oil & gas, finance, contracts, securities, real estate, intellectual property, construction, trusts & estates, professional liability, corporate governance, fraud, insurance coverage,\"business divorce\", and commercial transactions. Additionally, a significant portion of my practice involves handling appellate matters. I handle cases in both State and Federal courts, as well as in arbitration. Further, I also serve as a mediator, bringing my 35+ years of experience in litigation to bear in assisting others with resolution of their disputes.In representing any client, my goal is to guide that client to the most efficient and cost-effective resolution of any dispute. That resolution is often attained through settlement, but to secure the most advantageous settlement for a client, a lawyer must be ready, willing, and able to prepare, try, and win a case. and I am. Over the past 35+ years, I have tried many cases before judges and juries in State and Federal Courts throughout the State of Texas.
