As a BIM Coordinator at Sheppard Robson Architects, I’m responsible for driving the integration of Building Information Modelling (BIM) across multidisciplinary design teams. I manage the setup, coordination, and maintenance of project models, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with both client expectations and industry standards such as ISO 19650.I develop and implement BIM Execution Plans, facilitate clash detection using tools like Revit, Rhinoceros3D, Grasshopper, Navisworks, and Dynamo, and ensure seamless collaboration between architects, engineers, and external consultants. My role bridges the gap between design intent and digital delivery, enabling efficient workflows and high-quality outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.In addition to hands-on model management, I support teams with training, troubleshooting, and technical guidance. I actively contribute to the practice’s digital design strategy, staying current with emerging technologies to enhance innovation, sustainability, and efficiency in every project.My goal is to ensure that BIM is not just a tool, but a collaborative platform that drives smarter, more integrated design solutions at Sheppard Robson.
