ABOUT JETENDRA SINGH ASSOC

An experienced, innovative and diverse leader in Talent, Learning & Development, HR and Organisational Development & Effectiveness. Award winning public speaker, CIPD accrediated L&D professional with CIM accreditation. I am passionate about people; a leader, who actively leads by example, is resilient, driven and most importantly, emotionally intelligent and human. Extensive L & OD experience and deep specialised knowledge in talent, performance and learning, leadership management. I encourage growth in skills and capability, break down barriers, challenge and influence a culture of learning and change, by devising and delivering measured interventions to an agile, multi demographic and geographically widespread workforce. Constantly horizon scanning and examining external and internal influences to support behavioural, cultural and organisational change. I build relationships quickly and effectively, negotiating, influencing and succeeding to make things simpler and easier for people. I improve organisational culture and experience by creating a mature, inclusive and robust culture through employee performance, engagement, experience and talent management.
