I began my career writing code, building logic-driven systems and solutions. But I soon realized: the most powerful systems aren’t made of code—they’re built with people. So I pivoted from software to leadership. From solving bugs to solving real human problems—motivation, performance, team dynamics, culture. I stepped into operations with a strategist’s brain and a leader’s heart. Today, I’m a Swing Manager at McDonald’s—where every shift is a test of speed, pressure, and precision. I lead frontline teams through chaos with calm. I coach, motivate, and resolve conflicts in real time. I keep KPIs tight, service fast, and morale high. I don’t guess—I analyze.
