ABOUT JESWANTH REDDY

As a quality control technician with three years of experience in manufacturing engineering, I\'ve developed a deep knowledge of SPC, FMEA, root cause analysis, standard operating procedures, and ISO 9001. I recently completed post-graduate studies in quality engineering management at Lambton College in Toronto, where I collaborated with a team on various projects related to auditing, quality improvement, and continuous improvement (DFMEA, PFMEA, 8D). In my current role as senior quality control technician at Honda\'s Alliston plant, I\'ve contributed to the preparation of PPAP documentation for supplier parts, managed quality inspection reports, and participated in parts and process audits. I\'ve also made significant contributions to improving incoming inspection SOPs, reducing inspection errors by 90%, and analyzing and investigating product complaints to reduce deviation points. During my time at Array Pvt Limited as a quality inspector, I was responsible for performing various inspections and measuring part conformity of manufactured parts by reading drawings. I improved the quality of outcomes by evaluating samples of finished products, reworking out-of-tolerance parts, and reducing defects using continuous improvement methods. My experience as a service engineer at Hero Motors and as an apprentice trainee in the quality department at Volvo Buses Pvt Limited has given me a deep understanding of how to troubleshoot problems, investigate complaints, and establish continuous improvement. I\'m a team player who is dedicated to ensuring that every product meets the highest quality standards. In addition to my technical skills, I\'m proficient in computer programs such as Excel and Word, and I have experience with auditing, inspection, GD & T, quality assurance, and AutoCAD. I\'m also well-versed in good manufacturing practices. I\'m always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow.
