Part of Unify Programme, Global Deployment Lead for the successful and ontime deployment on 1-Oct-24 of the S4 HANA based Unify Transformation solution for UK & IE markets. I worked with Functions Leads, IT, System Integrator, teams from 20+ Satellite Applications, Programme Towers (ie. Change Mgmt, PMO) or Shared Services, to plan and execute Testing, Cutover, Transition and Hypercare. From preparation of strategy documents and integrated plans, to hands on execution with daily trackers and reporting. This required managing multiple teams (from 5 to 20 members each) concurrently and collaborating with resources from all parties mentioned earlier. Technical solution included S4 HANA, eWM. MDG, BTP, SAC and a complex integration with 20+ satellite legacy applications, delivering a smooth cutover from legacy SAP ECC to S4 with no-disruption of the operations.
