Driven and passionate Finance student at Michigan State University with experience in project management and finance control. Coordinated with engineers and executives from Shaw Electric Co. and Bridging North America weekly in order to enhance production and efficiency on the Gordie Howe International Bridge project-Created daily excel sheets to see all company costs per day beginning in mid-July-Created monthly revenue evaluations on the 3 ongoing projects for the month of July, and put a system in place in order to simplify it-Served as the Finance Controller for the months of July and August for the company. Handling invoicing, dealing with payment disputes, etc-Submitted my first ever bid proposal for The City of Wyandotte Street Repairs Rehab Project in August-Promoted to serve as the project manager for the remainder of the ongoing Gordie Howe International Bridge Dry Utilities project for Eminent-Created and put to use a 3-week training plan for a replacement following my departure as well as creating the job listing for that position-Managed creation of company website with Engage Web Design and managed process of getting Eminent Excavating LLC MDOT certified-Utilized my ability to speak Spanish fluently on a daily basis in order to communicate with other employees or executives-Ran Company payroll (July-Present)
