Facility included thermal/mechanical labs as well as a 26MW rack lab for deployment of latest AI models.• Innovative Rack Design: Served as Engineer of Record for a cutting-edge AI testing pod project featuring multiple high density racks, each rack requiring up to 1.1 MW. Designed an 800 V DC distribution system for these racks, an emerging standard for next-generation data center power architecture.• Mission-Critical Power Distribution: Engineer of record for an 18MW block redundant data center, overseeing the integration of seven 3.25MW generators, fourteen 1.2MW UPS units, and complex medium voltage distribution to ensure uptime.• Hyperscale AI Infrastructure: Key member of the contractor’s engineering team for a 270MW hyperscale data center campus, executing large-scale redesigns to correct design deficiencies in ampacity calculations, constructability, and electrical code compliance.• Sustainable Energy Integration: Served as Engineer of Record for an islanded 20MW fuel cell distributed generation facility. • High-Density Research Facilities: Managed primary power service and complex coordination for a 281k sq. ft. high-power-density neurological research center, integrating two unit substations and pieces of specialized equipment.• Operational Excellence & Team Scaling: Built and mentored a specialized detailing group and BIM team.
