Provide both strategic and tactical human resource support. As SR HR Generalist, I\'m responsible for ensuring effective/efficient day-to-day Human Resource service delivery in the following areas: employee relations, training & development, oversight of apprenticeship program, recruiting and selection, on boarding, compliance & risk management, and compensation. In addition to speaking with and meeting with employees, I interface with instructors, contractors, supervisors/managers and even government and organizational representatives. I\'m supporting the HR team at training events, job fairs, off-site meetings, and construction job sites.
