I am a Tax Partner in the PwC San Jose practice with over 22 years of public accounting experience that has included managing clients with comprehensive tax consulting, accounting, compliance services, and income taxes (ASC 740). I focus on a variety of multinational technology companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies with tax initiatives that include merger integration planning to the execution, implementation and evaluation of the income tax accounting implications of existing and new accounting literature. As a tax advisor, I am focused on meeting client\'s needs, tax planning objectives and improving corporate tax results. I focus on building strong relationships with others, which allows me to help clients address complex matters in a trustworthy manner. Clients and colleagues alike value my calm demeanor, flexible approach and focus on delivering the highest quality of service. When I am not working with clients, I enjoy spending quality time with my wife and two kids.I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting and a minor in Economics from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. I am a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in California and a member of the AICPA.
